Full microprocessor based control allows easy adjustment through the keypad during start-up and complete motor protection. A specific pump control feature prevents running pumps at no load and eliminates pipeline water hammer.

WEG  SSW05 Plus Soft Starter Drives

The WEG SSW05 Soft Starter is a super compact fully digital soft starter with a state-of-the-art DSP controller. Its digital construction provides optimum operation, diagnostics capability and full motor
protection. Simplicity in set-up and operation is assured since all parameters and set-up selections are made via dip switches and potentiometers. Status LED’s alert the user of the operational status of the SSW05. Simplicity, ease of set-up, and the micro size assures quick and easy installation and operation.

WEG  SSW07 Soft Starter Drives

Soft Starters are static starting switches, designed for the acceleration, deceleration and protection of the three phase, electric induction motor through the control of the voltage applied to the motor. The SSW07, with DSP control (Digital Signal Processor), was designed to provide great performance at motor starts and stops with excellent cost-benefit relation. Easy to set up, it simplifies start-up activities and daily operation. The SSW07 is compact, contributing to optimized space in electric panels. The SSW07 incorporates all electric motor protections and adapts to customer needs through its easy-to-install optional accessories. Thus, a keypad, a communication interface or a motor PTC input can be added to the product.

WEG  RW Series Thermal Overload Relays / Controls

Rated for the new industry the RW overload relays are an important part of WEG Controls’ range of products. As usual in WEG products, an extended operational service life is one of the main features you can find in RW overload relays. WEG’s RW Class 10 Thermal Overload Relays are designed for use with, and as perfect compliment to, the CWC and CWM contactors.

Effectively, RW overload relays can be mounted directly under WEG contactors, assuring electrical and mechanical operation as an open across-the-line starter, from fractional power to 75HP @ 460V. Accessories are also available for separate mounting. RW overload relays are available in compact frame sizes, from 0.28 to 840A

WEG  Standard IEC Contactors

The CWM general-purpose contactor line has been designed taking into consideration industrial duty and reliability in mind. Rated for inductive loads up to 800A or 600Hp@460V, WEG can offer the suitable contactor for your application. Given their compact footprints, CWM contactors allow total panel space optimization, with only a few compact frame sizes from 5 to 600Hp@460V. Reducing inventory is a “snap” with CWM’s common accessories. For example, sidemounted auxiliary contact blocks are the same from 5 to 250 Hp@460V.

Designed for extended mechanical and electrical life, dependable switching in even the most heavy-duty applications can be achieved. No matter how demanding the application, all WEG contactors are tested and approved to be used under Type 1 and Type 2 short circuit coordination.
